How I can create header in the project?
1 - I create page header
2 - I specify in Properties > pages page Header as header
3 - Make Generation of the site
4 - Nothing is done - in Properties > pages a field Header empty, header in pages is not included.
What I put aside money incorrectly?
What I need to make?

Anatoly,
the actions look correct. Check Generator list to include all the pages and if you use templlate pattern check Page Properties. 'Generate HTML file' flag is to be selected.
