Solved - menu builder/javascript problem?

Hi Folks,
I'm adding a menu to a home page as an includable page (using php/mysql/CC4.0). works fine locally, but when I upload to server the menu is fully expanded regardless of browser (opera/firefox/IE) - no sure how to resolve , any help would be appreciated.

Hi Folks - I was missing something because I did a file sync with the server and all is well
