How do I generate and upload a single page to my Web Server?
When I right click just one page in Explorer and click Publish, ALL of my project pages get uploaded.

It's best to open a page and press Ctrl+F8 (or select Project -> Quick Publish from the menu).

Does that work in both the local development as well as the (server2
profile) FTP deployment?
