For those who have problems with PHP 4.1 + ODBC, please download the
following file http://www.codecharge.com/studio/download/files/php/DB.ccl
and copy it into C:\Program Files\CodeChargeStudio\Components\CodeTemplates\PHPTemplates\Site\
