 File Reading problem

Hi All,

Can you please tell me how can I read a text file which is continuously updating?

e.g. There are 4 lines present in my abc.txt file. I opened it for reading. Meanwhile some more lines are appended to the file. How would my program know if the file has some more lines to be read?

Tell me the logic. Any programming language will do. O:) O:) O:)
