FckEditor is a CCS component as of CCS 3.x
Open the Helpfile, Search for FckEditor

I assume you are a Codecharge Studio user, targeting for ASP.Net.
Next I assume you now how to start CCS and press F1 to open the HelpFile.
With that opened, you can search the help file, search for FCKeditor.
The result should be:
An explanation of how to install FCK on your webserver
How to add the action: Add FCKeditor to a label.
And so on.
If however you do not use CCS, you will have to query fora elswhere, I suggest at the FCKeditor´s website.
