What controls the display order for menus with sub-menus created by the CCS mMenuBuilder under CCS4.x?

It is a simple question that I could not find a reference to in the forum so I must be overlooking something.

Never mind - I was making it too hard.
Obviously it is controlled by the WHERE statement in the control source
