Our ASP Helpdesk 3.5 is ready to roll. It was written in ASP 3.0 with some Ajax features and powered by a MSSQL database using CCS 4.
Some of the features of our ASP Helpdesk:
- Create tickets by email (!!!) or online
- Ticket Communication in HTML with attachments
- Track Time and charges
- Integrated Support Plans with billable/non-billable hours and charges
- Invoicing with online payment
- Corporate Clients with multiple users or individual users

- Project management with task assignment
- Portals for administratior / client / supervisor / (outside) contractors
- Reporting
- Integrated Forum
- Live Chat
CRM module and ASP.NET version will be ready after the summer.
