Got a working website (content manager created in CCS3.2) running in Apache, will it work on lighttpd?

I have created a content manager using CCS 3.2. Currently is setup and running in a Apache webserver. But I'll need to move it to lighttpd webserver. Is a simple manager, with db records and some file uploads. Nothing too complicated. It should run without any problems on lighttpd, right?

I have a server with lighttpd ("lighty")... CCS 4 works just fine on there... there is a bit of screwing around to replicate an .htaccess file (like setting up mod/rewrite), but it's all doable.
