Before i get on my paranoid hobby horse, can anyone who has sent help / bug reports
to support.codecharge.com received an auto answer reply informing them of receipt of
the report.
I have sent a couple in and not got any confirmation that my information is going anywhere

You do not send an email tosupport@yessoftware.com,
you point your browser to support.yessoftware.com........
You enter any and all details and submit, after which you do get an autoreply email.

i used the web form but didnt get an autoreply, hence my puzzlement. i have since found a workaround to the bug i found, will update the relevant post.
