I am looking for assistance Please:
I have a tables
Cost_centers (cost_center_id, cost_center_name)
Financial_years (year_id, budget_amount)
Expense (expense_id, amount, year_id, cost_center_id)

I want to use the Flash Chart Builder to generate a chart displaying for a specific year, for all cost centers, Budgeted vs expended mounts.

It seems I must use a procedure, but do not know what or how to do this.
