I've been complaining about this for almost 2 years and it never makes the updates. RBASE joins are BROKEN. If you JOIN more than 2 tables it generates the incorrect code. My temporary hack is to change the join type from JOIN to WHERE, but it won't generate LEFT or RIGHT joins still and they need to be manually entered.

Yes, I've sent this to support several times. My problem is, anytime I update CCS I have to go rehack the XML file to get my project to regen correctly.

Rick

I have had the same problem. I in fact have sent bug reports to YES and while waiting to hear from them I find a fix and send it to them.

I sent several fixes for problems during using version 3 and none have made it to version 4.

What makes this a little worse is I pay for an annual support contract and I fix problems before they do and they seem to not even try to apply fixes to these bugs, ausing me to re-apply them with each release.

What do we do? It is a pain....

ps: RBASE? That's a database name I have not heard of in about 15 years...

Take Care.

Yeah, RBASE... but it's a customer requirement and I gotta work with it. It's actually not a bad DB though.

The strange part is there is an RBASE working relationship with Yes and I can't believe I'm the only person on the planet that knows JOINS aren't possible with CCS unless you know how to hack the XML files.
