Sami, would love to help but I am not sure what the problem is.
It sounds as though you want to make custom buttons.. but you can't follow the tips Mentecky gave you because CCS isn't working on your computer?
We can't post pictures here..so I am not sure what else we can do for you.
Please be as detailed as possible and I, or someone else will be along to help you out.

Before I buy ccs product , I want be sure that has all my needs.
when I need to create Option Buttons where is locate the option tool.

Option button is another name for radio button.
Radio buttons can be added to a form via the Toolbox's Form's tab - 10th tool from the bottom or the HTML tab 6th tool from top.
To use the tool, drag it to and drop it on a form.
