With so much bad mouthing of CCS going around lately, I just had to take the time to tout one of the many great things CSS does for us. (There are many and always with a little bit of effort instead of complaining, there always seems to be a way to get done what you want to do.)
This time I got side swiped with a new requirement after nearly completing a contract. My client added multi language support for the web site.
I was able to make the change to the entire site within a couple of hours, support 4 languages with translations and even include language variable content from database tables. (The site was a mini CMS with content coming from tables. Now it had to have tables for content in each language)
I have been developing software for quite a few years and I have never used a development tool that would allow this sort of functionality and change of requirements so quickly and relatively easily.
This is just another reason I love CCS.
