I have a web page that has several text links of city names. I would like these to open a grid page showing only records for the specific city that was clicked.
Is this at all possible?

In your link, specify the ccs page you want it to go to in the property "Href Source".
While in that property field, you'll see an ellipsis on the right-hand side, click that. A window will popup; select the tab Parameters, and set a parameter there.
