1. select page settings and set the top margin to "0" , apply, ok.
2. ( do other stuff )
3. select page settings
- margin settins displays previous value as 0px in text entry box
- try to apply, popup window appears complaining that margin has to be non negative integer

Take out the text from the box.. it populates it with 'px' or '%'.. just have numbers in the box and you'll be fine.

what THX said is he put a 0 and after apply CCS put 0px
that was happening to me but in old version, current version dont occurs, at least in
my enviroment
