Add this to the header of your page (HTML View).
Using Search (TopMenu of this forum) search for:
"META referesh"
"autorefresh"
to see more topics.

BTW FireFox has a handy refresh plugin, you do not alter your HTML, in Firefox right-click, will give option for autorefresh with several time settings.
