Error "'null' is null or not an object" when pointing a custom chart

When I am pointing on a previous saved custom chart I receive this error:

Char:3
Error: 'null' is null or not an object
Code : 0
URL: file:///C:/Program%20Files/CodeChargeStudio4/Components/Dialogs/Forms/FlashChart/FlashChart.html

Even it is not possible to remove this custom chart.

What's wrong?
