I have been researching a product to allow easy creation of database front end access for Joomla sites. I think the developers at YES should look into this.

I notices many more posts at PHP Runner site regarding the integration issues with much more success.

If you would write a Joomla component to integrate CCS functionality insite Joomal you would sell many copies.

Thanks,

What do you mean by integration?

You can iframe, you can connect to the Joomla DB?

I've "integrated" lots of apps like used equipment tools and recruitment systems.

Do you mean stuff like security / level access etc?

So what do you want to integrate jkovar?

The apps I include don't need indexing and are often in passworded areas.

Do you want to build extensions?

I would personaly see both. The ability to implement CCS page into existing Joomla page, implementing CCS page called from Joomla many, being able to build components and distribute them as Joomla components. All of those would probably require different solution. The major question doin this is ghow to handle session variables and security issues. Of course no one wants to store secure info in GLOBAL Variables, so the only way is to pass the variables to the subsequent procedures save way and this is something CCS compoenent should handle.
This same information and expectation would probably apply to other popular CMS systems as DDN or DRUPAL
