I'm using Internationalization features so I have translation files (like en.txt, it.txt etc). Now all are located in the current directory and anyone can download it without my permission.
So I would like to move that files into some subdirectory. In the Classes.php I found $Dir variable so I assume I can use it. Could anyone give an idea how to implement it?

Gena no solution for you on moving the language files to subfolders. I
like the idea though, just to keep the root folder 'clean'.
Nevertheless, there is a problem with your web server configuration if
users are able to download files from your root folder. May want to
look into that first.

Hi
I agree with Data. The only reason to do that is to keep the root clean. How will moving the translation files to a subdirectory prevent downloading?
You could possibly modify .htaccess to prevent the server from serving up txt pages.

As John suggested... .htaccess if on Apache. Also look at httpd.conf.
