hello friends,

I am using this fckeditor for my website, I can now write a text, store it in a database and when needed retrieve the text from the database and display it on the FCKeditor again, following i am using:
FCKeditor1.value = "<anytext from the database>"

Now I want to do some edition i.e. need to change the original text with the help of FCKeditor, this is where I am getting a problem. everytime i do some changes to the original text and press a self created linkbutton ("save"), the text which gets saved is not the new text but the old one. what i am using is

Dim text as string = FCKeditor1.value

Any suggestions from anybody knowing or experienced this probelm before would be appriciated.
