I have created a ccs 3.1 project, standard Styles, nothing special. Now my customer need to add some DOCTYPE in html code. I've played with some but got confused: font of the text was too small. Without DOCTYPE all looks good. so

1. why font was distorted?
2. Which DOCTYPE to use?
