In response to "search for specific issues/posters = not possible here" I have supplied the following url. Simply paste it into the address bar and you can page through my history.

Lots of good comments. I'm also eagerly awaiting better documentation, although
the Tutorial was very usuful in the initial steps.
One comment: some people may not be aware that YES usually answers only the questions submitted to their support (I think), thus James you probably shouldn't expect any answers here. It would be nice to obtain some technical help here, but I don't count on it, just go to the support and get them.
The Knowledge Base should get started to be regularly updated though!

I hate to repeat this BUT...
What this Forum needs is a unified voice to persuade YES SOFTWARE to honour their promise to..."Keep the Knowledge Base Updated"...This is a very simple task.
YES SOFTWARE MUST STOP... the frustration, duplication of effort and time wasted by users...AND THEMSELVES...and put their LOGGED SUPPORT ANSWERS ETC into the "Knowledge Base"
This will centralise information as YES SOFTWARE initially intended and help focus and unite the Community/Forum and encourage more "Givers" and others to take part.
Regards
Tony M

Here Here, Bravo!!!'
Dear CodeCharge, Please take this wise man't advice!
At the very least, fix the searching in the forum, so that when you enter in multiple words they don't have to be adjacent. Better yet, implement a typical search engine style parser (which really should be part of CC & CCS anyways) allowing you to group words together with keywords. Offer an advanced search with some kind of boolean abilities.
But please, change the way it searches immediately.
Even if you added another field and made it an AND search it would become vastly more useful.
If you are too busy to write the code, email me, and I will send you source to an email style parser for ASP at least (which is what this is running on) although this functionality should be built in to your search builder.
Sincerely,
Vaporwareinc

With the lack documentation in Codecharge, a good forum is needed more than ever. Codecharge is a really neat system... it's biggest flaw is the lack of good support documentation or a support forum with a real search engine.
There should also be a seperate forum for each product.
