I am really fed up with all the non CC and Yes Software knocking in here ..

Its been mentioned a few times, that maybe we should request of Yes Software a closed Reg Users Forum.

1/Registered Users Only,
- Least these people will take the forum seriously.

2/Posting only when Logged in, and IP Logged.
- Identifiable postee, should stop blatent flame posts.

3/Yes Software to supply , Login Details. - if the userbase is locked by yes software, there is 'no' chance of anyone ever gaining access by a backdoor.

If you support the suggestion please reply, with just a yes, or one line answer.
lets do it short, sharp and to the point, to keep it clean, if you think its a 'no' then just say -no- and leave it at that. dont make an essay out of it, three letters 'yes', two for 'no'.

lets leave the thread for a few days, and then start requesting of Yes Software, to make a few changes to this place.

Yes, but also I'll be happy to make the forum at http://www.codecharging.com - admin approved only and basically a private site if that would help.

Yes

Having said that, I can understand Yes not closing the forum...where are potential clients that are demoing CCS to get answers to their many questions??

No Name

An astounding YES !

... leave "http://www.codecharging.com - admin approved only --> basically a private site" out of the picture. This site cannot assure registered users only to be the clentelle.

It will have to be an official YS sponsored site to be effective.

What are you really looking for? A moderated support group?

State what you really want.

By support I mean Yes support. Not community support.

::
yes to an official YesSoftware forum for registered users only.

The user2user thing can be served by this site, codechargers.net and rexdesign.com/ccs.

I have proposed an alternative solution at the following URL.

Perhaps worth considering....

A Screen Shot of the knowledge base is available at the following URL;

Please, drop the discussions to another thread ................

keep this thread a 'Yes' or 'No',

I started this thread to get a response to get something from YES Software, not to help 'anyones' third party forum.

Please, drop the discussions to another thread ................

keep this thread a 'Yes' or 'No',

Sorry, no offence intended.

Just trying to offer another possible alternative... not trying to mess with your thread.

But having said that, I'd rather they put their time into resolving CCS issues rather than messing with a better code forum, especially when the CCS community can solve it's own issues in this regard.

Nor was I trying to insert a shameless plug for the system I've developed. Again, I was only suggesting an alternative.

But in keeping with your thread....
I agree that YS should improve it's code forum...

And what does all this prove?

I could post a million 'Yes' repies all under different names.... get a life!

(if you put as much effort in to learning to use the product as you actualy do moaning in these trashy posts, you'd be a wiz with CodeCharge).
