CCS 2.3 didn't use Styles. There was a concept of Themes being used in CCS 2.3, but those cannot be changed to Styles.

Is there any way to export a 2.3 project and import it into 3. or a way to delete the existing theme and restart with css ?

Thanks

You can open any CCS 2.3 project with CCS 3.0. They are almost in the same format, although a few things will be converted automatically.

You can probably delete Themes from your project using the Change Theme option, but then you may lose the HTML formatting used by Themes and not be able to apply Themes again.
